The biggest green flag was when the coordinator said no to one thing I asked for and explained why. It felt less like selling and more like actual care.
I think not stupid question. Package words can be confusing. Ask them to write exactly what is included and what is extra, even small things.
Same here. I would also check reviews outside the clinic website. Not because every review is perfect, but patterns start showing up after a while.
