Airport transfer question

London patient
Quick update because I asked for more detail today. The clinic that looked expensive at first actually included airport transfer, hotel, blood tests, translator, and two follow-up appointments. The cheaper one was not bad, but after asking, I learned the hotel was far away and follow-up was mostly automated messages. I still have not decided about All-on-4 Dental Implants. I am sharing this because the first price number was not enough to compare anything properly. My main takeaway so far: the practical details mattered more than the glossy before/after photos.

Also ask if transfer is private or shared. Mine was shared and I waited almost 90 minutes at the airport, which was not terrible but I wish I knew before landing tired.
