All-on-4 quote changed after scan

I am researching All-on-4 in Turkey and had two online quotes already. One clinic gave a fixed package price from my photos, then after I sent a 3D scan from home they said I might need extractions and the price changed quite a lot. I know photos are not enough, but it made me nervous because the first message sounded very certain. Is it normal that the quote moves after scan review? I am not trying to find the cheapest option, just want fewer surprises before I book flights.

Yes, mine changed after the scan too. I asked them to write what was included and what could still change after in-person examination.

Photos quote is more like a rough estimate. The clinic I chose was not the cheapest, but they were clear that final plan would be confirmed face to face. That honesty actually made me more comfortable.

Ask if temporary teeth, transfers, hotel and follow-up checks are included. My first quote looked low because half of that was separate.
