You are not difficult. I asked for the whole timeline in writing because I knew I would forget details when nervous.
For us the coordinator mattered for travel, but dentist details mattered for trust. I wanted names, number of visits, and what is included if the temporary set needs adjustment before flying home.
I went with my mum and the best thing was asking who we could message after office hours. Not for emergencies, just practical things like appointment time changes and transport. The clinic that explained this calmly felt safer than the one sending only price lists.
