I had a clinic reply very fast for dental scaling, but later they changed the price because “staining cleaning” was separate. The slower clinic sent a written cost and location map, so I picked them. Cheap treatment, yes, but still annoying if you arrive and the package is unclear.
For tartar removal I would not worry too much if one clinic replies next day. A detailed answer about the dentist, price, appointment length, and what is included is more useful than a 5 minute “yes available” message.
