Question Arm Lift Travel

Arm lift alone in April

solo traveller
Has anyone travelled alone for an Arm Lift? I am looking at April because I can take 12 days off work, but I am worried about simple things like lifting my suitcase, showering, and getting dressed after. The clinic says hotel nurse visit is possible, but I don't know if that is enough.

I would not plan to manage luggage alone. Even airport movement was tiring for me after surgery.

My friend came for the first 5 days and I was very glad. Not for dramatic reasons, just normal stuff. Opening water bottles, putting on loose tops, keeping track of medication times, calling reception. If you go alone, ask exactly what support the hotel and clinic provide, not just 'nurse visit'.

Loose button shirts helped me. Also choose hotel very near clinic if you can.
