For Botox offers I would not judge only by speed. One place answered me in minutes but ignored my question about follow-up. The slower clinic explained appointment length, total price, who would do the treatment, and how to contact them later. That was more useful than a quick emoji reply.
My first week was mostly waiting and checking the mirror too much. Practical point: ask if the quoted price is per area or total, and whether any review appointment is included. I did not need hotel help for Botox, but I still wanted the clinic location and timing clear.
