Experience EN DHI Hair Transplantation After treatment

DHI hair transplant follow-up after flying home felt a bit unclear

hairline_maybe
I had DHI Hair Transplantation three weeks ago and overall the trip was okay, but I wanted to share the part I did not think about enough. Before going, I focused on graft number, hotel, and airport transfer. The clinic answered fast and the day itself was organised. The translator was there for the first part, then mostly by WhatsApp. Where I got a bit nervous was after I came home. I had normal-looking swelling for a few days and some questions about when I could send photos, but I did not know if I should message the coordinator, the aftercare person, or the general clinic number. Nobody was rude, just slightly confusing because different people replied at different times. If I booked again, I would ask before paying deposit: who is my contact after I fly back, how often they want update photos, what hours they answer, and whether the same person follows the case. Also, I would save all instructions in one folder because WhatsApp messages get buried quickly. Not a horror story, just a practical lesson from someone who thought the “after” part would be simple.

This is useful. I also assumed WhatsApp would be enough, but it gets messy fast.

Same experience with different treatment. The clinic was nice but there were three numbers and I never knew which one was official. Now I ask for one named aftercare contact in writing.
