If they cannot list what “all included” means, I would slow down. My quote looked cheaper until I asked about garments, follow-up checks, and transport.
Pressure on dates was my red flag. Good clinics still have schedules, but they should let you read everything first.
For me the companion logistics were a bigger deal than I expected. My friend could not stay in my room the whole time because of hotel rules, and we only found out after booking. Ask the clinic to confirm the hotel name or at least the area, whether your sister can stay with you, and how transfers work if she arrives on a different flight. It is not medical stuff but it affects stress a lot.
