How much support did you get after flying home?

This might sound basic, but how much should be included in a quote? Airport transfer, hotel, medication, follow-up messages, revision policy, all of that is getting mixed together. I would love to hear what others checked before saying yes.

My arm lift quote included airport transfer, hotel, translator for clinic visits, basic medication list, garments, and scheduled follow-up messages. What I checked carefully was what was NOT included: extra hotel nights, lab tests, revision policy, and whether weekend messages were answered. After flying home, support was mostly WhatsApp photo checks and reminders to contact local care if anything felt urgent. That was enough for me, but I was glad I knew the limits before paying.
