I made a very boring checklist and it helped my panic. For bridges I wrote: dentist name, materials offered, number of visits, temporary bridge plan, hotel distance, translator, transfer, and follow-up contact after I flew home. The clinic I chose was not the fastest, but they answered each item clearly.
A responsive team feels comforting, but I would not use that alone. I asked the same five questions to every clinic and compared the actual answers.
