My checklist for Botox was mostly non-medical: total price in writing, who does airport pickup, hotel name before deposit, translator availability, and what happens if I have a question after I am home. I also asked if the quote was per area or per unit because clinics described it differently. The clinic I chose was not the cheapest, but their written answers matched what they said on WhatsApp.
