I had it done after a video call, but I would not treat the video as the whole assessment. The useful part was seeing how they answered boring questions: total cost, cancellation rules, whether transfer was really included, and who replies if you have a concern later. Quick answers are nice, but vague answers made me pause.
My Botox quote looked simple, but I still checked what was included: consultation, clinic appointment, any review visit, and how they handle messages after I flew home. Video was okay for discussing goals, but I felt better when they said the final plan would only be confirmed in person.
