Question Dental Crowns Procedure

Is this normal?

Nora B.
I keep reading clinic pages and everything sounds polished, but the hard part is knowing what to trust. For Dental Crowns, what did you ask before paying a deposit? I am not looking for medical advice, more the practical stuff: communication, aftercare, hotel distance, and whether the plan felt clear.

Before deposit I asked for refund conditions, full appointment schedule, hotel address, transfer plan, translator details, and a named person for follow-up messages. I also asked them to repeat the crown quote in one document because WhatsApp pieces were easy to misunderstand. If they answer politely but not clearly, I would slow down. Clear planning is not the same as medical advice, but it shows how they manage patients from abroad.

I asked them to send the hotel location as a map pin, not just the area name. It changed my view of one offer because it was technically same district but far from the clinic in traffic.
