Question EN Arm Lift Recovery

Recovery hotel after arm lift

Elena S.
Has anyone stayed alone in the hotel after Arm Lift? I will travel with my sister only for first two days, then she has to fly back for work. The clinic says hotel is 12 minutes by car and translator comes to appointments, but I keep thinking about small things like opening suitcase, getting food, laundry, and if I panic at night. I know nobody can promise easy recovery. I just want to know what support people actually used after surgery, not the perfect brochure version.

I did not do arm lift but for my surgery I paid extra for a hotel very close to clinic. Worth it.

Make a list of non-medical help and ask directly: meal delivery, extra pillows, reception calling taxis, WhatsApp number at night, and whether your sister can come to the first follow-up. I found coordinators answer better when questions are practical like that.
