For BBL I would be extra strict with logistics and safety questions, not just responsiveness. My list would include surgeon credentials, facility/hospital name, anesthesia team, pre-op tests, aftercare visits, garment costs, hotel distance to clinic, and an emergency contact after hours. If a coordinator is charming but vague about who actually does what, I would pause. You are not overthinking; this is exactly the stage where written details matter.
