I am maybe too suspicious now, but if coordinator changes answer each time, I pause. One told me follow-up was included, then later said “doctor will decide.” Not bad maybe, but I wanted stable information before deposit. Screenshot everything.
I learned to ask what “included” means line by line. For crowns, my package included hotel and airport transfer, but not extra nights if lab work took longer. Medication was included only for the first visit. The clinic was fine, but the wording was too broad.
Small thing that mattered for me: who pays if the hotel is not available on your dates. My zirconium crowns quote said 5 nights included, but when I booked flights they moved me to another hotel farther away. It was okay, but I had to use taxis twice. I would ask for the hotel name or at least the maximum distance from clinic, plus whether a translator is present at shade selection and final fitting. Those were the moments where I did not want misunderstandings.
