Spreadsheet helped me a lot. I had columns for scans, hotel, transfers, temporary teeth, final visit, and who answers after I fly home.
Ask them to write exactly what is included in the first trip and second trip. Mine sounded clear on call but the written quote showed some things were separate.
I would not choose only by fastest reply. Fast before deposit is easy. The real test is when you ask boring questions.
