This might sound basic, but how much should be included in a quote? Airport transfer, hotel, medication, follow-up messages, revision policy, all of that is getting mixed together. I would love to hear what others checked before saying yes.

I also asked about what is not included. That question helped more than asking what is included, because suddenly they mentioned blood tests, extra hotel nights and airport return times.
