This is exactly why I made a small spreadsheet for LASIK. Not to choose cheapest, but to compare what the price actually meant: tests before surgery, transport, hotel nights, translation, and follow-up checks. One clinic looked cheaper until I added taxis and extra appointment fees. I also asked how they handle questions once you are back in your country, because a polished consultation day is only one part of it.
