Responsiveness mattered, but I tried not to confuse fast sales messages with real support.

I booked too quickly the first time and then cancelled before paying the balance because the quote was vague. Second clinic was slower but gave me a written breakdown and did a video call. I felt more ready when they discussed limits and possible changes after in-person exam, instead of making everything sound easy.
