Question Blepharoplasty Recovery

Would you travel alone for Blepharoplasty?

ManchesterMolar
Maybe this helps someone else too. I am not choosing based on the cheapest offer anymore. At first I was comparing Blepharoplasty like it was one fixed package, but every clinic seems to include different things. One quote includes two nights, one includes five. One says medication is included but not extra checks. One says the doctor will decide final details in person, which might be normal, but it also makes budgeting harder. I would rather pay a little more and know exactly what is included than arrive and keep hearing that small things are extra.

Small caution: more hotel nights included is not always better if the hotel is far or you pay extra for each clinic visit. I nearly chose the five-night package until I saw it was across the city. I asked them to list every check-up, transport, translator availability, and what costs could change after the face-to-face consultation. That made the cheaper/expensive comparison totally different.

I travelled with my sister for blepharoplasty and was glad, mostly for non-medical reasons. Carrying bags, finding the pharmacy, checking out of the hotel, and sitting in taxis felt easier with another person. If I went alone, I would choose a hotel very close to the clinic and confirm transfers for every appointment, not just airport day.
