For people who travelled with a partner, did the clinic actually help them too?

I travelled with my sister for BBL planning and yes, the clinic helped her with basic things, but only because we asked before booking. They confirmed she could use the transfer, stay at the same hotel, and contact the coordinator if I was resting. I would not assume the companion is included unless it is written in the package.

I disagree a little with choosing only the slower one. Some clinics are organized and still answer fast. I compared by asking the same three questions to each: who meets me at airport, who translates at consultation, and what happens if I message after returning home. The quality of the answers showed more than the speed.

Slow clinic asking photos and questions sounds more normal to me. My coordinator would not give exact plan until surgeon reviewed everything, and I was annoyed at first. Later I appreciated it because they also explained what was not included: extra nights, companion meals, and compression garment cost. The “all included” quote can still be okay, just make them list every item.
