I understand the scared feeling. With tummy tuck, I would not compare it like a holiday package. I chose the team that explained what was included and what could change after in-person assessment, without making it sound like everything was guaranteed. It was not the cheapest, but I slept better before flying because there were fewer surprises in the quote.
The different night counts are exactly what made me pause too. I asked each clinic to separate surgery fee, hospital stay, garment, tests, transfers, hotel, translator, and extra visit costs. One coordinator became annoyed, which honestly answered my question.
