Video consultation can be useful for first planning, but I would still expect the final breast lift plan to be confirmed in person. For “all included,” ask them to list what is not included too. Mine clarified hotel and transfer, but medication after discharge and extra garment were separate. That changed my budget more than I expected.
Video was enough for estimate in my case, not final plan. I sent photos twice because lighting was bad first time. Before deposit, ask for a written list with hospital tests, garment if needed, medication, hotel nights, and revision policy if they have one.
