I chose the clinic with less polished marketing but better aftercare explanation. They told me the hotel name before I paid, walking time was not realistic so they arranged rides for appointments, and they gave me an email for follow-up after flying home, not only WhatsApp. One thing I wish I checked earlier was deposit refund rules if the scan changed the plan.
For my All-on-4 trip, the messy WhatsApp clinic actually turned out better because they answered clearly and kept the same contact person after I arrived. I asked for a written timeline: airport pickup, scan day, surgery day, try-in, final visit, and who to message once back home. A clean PDF is nice, but if follow-up is vague, I would slow down.
