The “4 star hotel” thing is so true. I asked the name and suddenly the package changed.
Good list. I would add asking about translation during the actual consultation, not only at reception.
I changed clinic once for similar reason. They were friendly but everything was voice notes, no written summary. Maybe fine for some people, but I needed dates, times, and aftercare contact written down so I could stop overthinking.
Not had beard, but for hair transplant the calmest moment was when they sent a boring schedule. Boring is good sometimes.
