I asked three clinics for Composite Veneer prices and now I am more confused than before. One includes temporary teeth, one says hotel is extra, one wants deposit today. Is it normal to ask for the full written package before sending money?

Yes, ask for it written. If they avoid simple package details, I would slow down.

I made a small table with hotel nights, airport transfer, consultation, any temporary work, and follow-up contact. It showed me one quote was not actually cheaper after adding taxis and extra nights.
