I go with responsive team, but only after they send written quote. Voice messages are easy to misunderstand, especially when you are tired from travel. I asked them to write hotel name, pickup time, and follow up plan in one message. Then I felt less lost.
For beard transplant I made a small spreadsheet, sounds boring but helped. Columns were: doctor name, who does the consultation, graft estimate range, hotel distance, airport transfer included, translator, deposit refund rules, and aftercare contact after I leave. The clinic with the nicest Instagram was not the one with the clearest answers.
One thing I added to my checklist was who designs the beard line with you on the day. Not medical advice, just communication. I wanted to know if I would have time to say no or adjust before they start.
